"Ours was a repair and re-paneling job followed by painting the entire outside. The entire process was done smoothly and professionally beginning with the estimate (the owner responded immediately and scheduled an inspection and estimate). Matt (the owner) explained everything -- where he thought there were problems and just as importantly, where things were OK. He offered a number of options and fully discussed each. He got an estimate to us within about a day (most importantly right when he said he would). Paperwork was all well explained and transparent and he is patient with questions (and changes of mind!). His crew showed up when scheduled. They always started promptly at 8 AM worked hard and full days. Progress was explained daily, questions encouraged -- it was obviously that he and his crew wanted to do the job right and they had the skill and experience to do it. The crew members were very friendly, down to earth and courteous. In the end the job was done to a very high standard, finished on time and to our complete satisfaction. They completely cleaned up the site when they finished. We give MDR Solutions our highest possible recommendation and will certainly contact him if we need work done in the future. First rate!"
